Refund & Exchange Policy – Einch Diamonds
At Einch Diamonds, every piece of jewelry is crafted with precision and care. Due to the nature of fine jewelry, our refund and return policy is designed to protect product integrity while ensuring fairness and transparency for our customers worldwide.
1. No General Return Policy
Einch Diamonds does not offer blanket returns or refunds on all purchases.
However, we will gladly review return or refund requests under the circumstances outlined below.
2. Eligible Reasons for Return or Refund
A return, refund, or exchange may be considered only if:
- The product delivered is incorrect compared to the confirmed order, or
- The product arrives damaged or defective at the time of delivery
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To process a return or refund request, the following must be provided:
- Original purchase invoice or order confirmation
- Original diamond grading certificate (IGI / GIA or equivalent)
- Clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened
- Original packaging, tags, and security labels intact
- Product must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition
Requests missing any of the above may not be approved.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order jewelry
- Engraved or resized items (unless defective upon arrival)
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery
- Products returned without original documentation or certificates
- Certification fees, taxes, customs duties, and making charges
5. Refund Method & Timeline
If a refund is approved after verification:
- The refund amount will be calculated based on the current market value of the metal and stone
- Making charges, certification costs, taxes, and duties are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method, where possible
6. Exchange & Store Credit
Approved requests may choose:
- Exchange for another Einch Diamonds product
- Store Credit / Buy-Back Value, redeemable against future purchases
Any price difference for a replacement item must be paid by the customer.
7. Damaged Items During Shipping
If your jewelry arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos and/or video evidence
- Retain all packaging materials
Once verified, we will arrange a return and proceed with an exchange or refund as applicable.
8. Return Shipping
- Approved returns must be shipped securely using an insured and trackable courier
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated
- Einch Diamonds is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit
9. International Orders
- Customs duties, import taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable
- Delays due to customs clearance do not qualify for refunds
- Local regulations may affect eligibility depending on the destination country
10. Policy Abuse
Einch Diamonds reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if misuse, fraud, or policy abuse is suspected.
11. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
